Kieli ulkona

Vauvakirjalle tulee heti käyttöä, koska tulollaan on kaksikin tilaustyötä: toinen tulee loppukesästä syntyvälle vauvalle ja toinen pinnasängystä suurempaan sänkyyn siirtyvälle prinsessalle.

************************************

The quilting lessons are over for now, yesterday was the last evening, and after it I felt rather exhausted and empty. All in all it has been very rewarding and I have already volunteered to continue also in the autumn. Now I'll have to put together some kind of a proposition what to teach then.

Postlady just rang the door bell and brought the delivery from C & T Publishing to our doorstep. Now I've got a bunch of quilt books to read. Kieli ulkona The book about baby quilts is coming in handy right away  since I've got two orders for baby quilts coming: one for a baby that will be born at the end of the summer and another for a little princess that is going to get  the first bigger bed after the one she's been sleeping since her birth. The book about photo transfer is also interesting since I'm planning a project for our living room. And I'd also like to try fabric painting and have already found a suitable project to train it... And the rest of the books: they are all so delicious that browsing thorugh any of them is enjoyable. The book with the fabric flowers was a complimentary copy, and even there seem to be interesting quick project that would be a suitable "snack" in between bigger projects...

This weekend I'll, however not be sewing or blogging, so there is going to be a couple of days silence during it.
